There are just a few steps to get you into a regular dental routine with Lupine Dental:
  • Fill out the New Patient forms and bring them to your first appointment.
  • If you can’t do this at home, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork.
  • Bring your insurance information and a form of ID.
  • Make sure to thoroughly brush and floss your teeth before seeing the dentist.

Your first visit

At your first visit, you will have a dental exam that will set the baseline for your overall oral health. If specific issues need to be addressed, your dentist will set up a treatment plan and go through the best care options for you.

You can also use your first visit as an opportunity to meet our staff and get familiar with the office set-up.
